And how can I get ahold of him? You can't call the place and the one guy that is customer service has his head up his a$$. Any complaint will surely go into the trash before it reaches anyone important. These guys ripped me off and their customer service sucks. I will have the story to tell later.

My guess is Rick and Michelle Smith, owners of Kreager Machine Tool Corp, Their office location down to the suite number is consistent with CountyComm's address info.
