Lifepo4 batteries use a 3.6 to 3.8 volt charger- and settle down to around 3.3 volts. Regular 3.0 volt rechargeables use a 4.4 volt charger.
Regular 3.7 volt recharg use a 4.2 volt charger.

The Ultrafire WF-138 will work for LiFePO4 and 3.7v RCR123s(there is a switch for 3.0 or 3.6v). You can get it at Lighthound http://www.lighthound.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=2515, or AW's thread in the Dealers Corner at CPFMP.
