Will this work for fenix

The link you attached said the voltage of those batts were 3.0 volts, as far as I know rechargeable CR123A's i.e RCR123A's are actually 3.6 volts. You have to make sure the P1D and mainly its LED will accept or take 3.6 volts or you might blow the LED.

Ok just did some research and saw this light on Ebay, so yes you can use it as it will take 1.5 - 4 volts, so should be ok.

Also just make sure the quality of those batts are ok, last thing you want is some cheap batt exploding in your torch :mecry:

The specification says max discharge rate <550 mA.
According to my measurements, My Fenix P1D CE Q5 draws about 1,7 A from a 3.0 V Tenergy battery (not LiFePO4) in turbo mode. This means that the LiFePO4 you should probably not be used for this mode.

The 3.0 V Tenergy battery batteries I use works quite well and gives the desired differences between the modes, but the protection kicks in from time to time in turbo mode. It is just to turn the light off and on again and it works.
