Windows Internals Cover

Just bought a copy of Windows Internals 5th Edition. Surprised to see the cover, I believe it's a Mini Maglite. quickly dug up the old 4th Edition, hmmm... what flashlight is that? Looks sophisticated... can anyone share more information on this strange looking light?

The strange looking light looks like a pre-Mag era chrome-plated sheet metal flashlight - similar to something like an Eveready Captain.

thanks. using "Eveready Captain" as keyword, i arrive at FlashlightMuseum, OMG... i'm overwhelm by the collections there... looks like a difficult search to id the light. :sweat:
