What you mean Surefire KX1 head itself doesn't look as cleanly manufactured ?
Is cosmetic flows on outside or sometimes little cloudiness inside? Thanks.

It's not the prettiest, but it functions fine. Also. It's not really a gap. The aluminum appears to be scraped off. It's like the lathe slipped or something.
