Would this holster work with the C2?

I really want a soft holster for my SF C2 and saw this:

Since it has no closed bottom, I assume it just holds the light using the tension the elastic bit in the middle creates on the tube?

Would I be able to quickly draw/holster my C2 with this thing, or would I have to re-tighten the elastic around the skinny bit of the body every time I went to holster?


Is a design like this even effective at hanging onto a light?



The C2's overall shape and rubber grip ring is so wonderful for holding cigar-style to effecitvely keep that hand free, and the clip is great at grabbing onto a jean pocket or belt in one quick motion and hanging on tight, but it isn't the most streamlined or holster-friendly design. Really getting desperate. :mecry:

I got this one for my C2, I participate in a weekly P.A.L. (Pistol Action League). One string of fire, especially during the winter months, is with the flashlight. It holds securely, but allows quick access to the light. Good luck in your search.
