I also was looking for these a couple of weeks ago. People are hanging on to them. The going rate seemed to be between 75 and 85 with a twisty. My suggestion would be to look for an entire light and then gut it yourself. That way you at least get a working light as a bonus. You should be able to get one for under 100 easily, and if your patient enough probably lower than that!
