The Leef ones are pretty hard to find these days. Here's a couple of other ones:

As with the Leef adapter, these may have contact &/or fitment issues with certain heads.

I know about these. I have Leef and Lumensfactory C2M adapters. But i need this adapter from KL3 or KL5 because it looks better with finned M3 bezel. Too many fins with Leef and LF...

But these are not custom parts. And if I´m not mistaken you already have a WTB thread at the marketplace (crossposts are not allowed).

Good luck with your search! Personally I doubt you´ll ever find a C2M adapter from a KL3 or KL5. You´ll just have to get a complete KL3/KL5, maybe a damaged one.
