Somebody please bring me up to speed re "Moses" board. What circuit did (does) he use? Seem to recall references to Moses' work a few years ago.

Bill

Did a search, and now I remember. Two stage switch for LS1. The LS1 uses a constant current circuit device? The predecessor to the LSH?

Hi, check out this thread of mine with some
research I had done on these boards from Moses.

In short:
- Aftermarket board made by Moses, probably Pierce-technilogy
- Only for First Runs (Not LS1, LS2, LS3, LS-HS, etc...)
- Donut-shaped Circuit-board glued on metal heatsink
- Regulated, about 80% efficient,
- Switchable drive current 200mA or 400mA

The above thread has way more info, close-ups of different angles,
even the schematics and how to change drive-current.

(Bill, you even posted there too...)

Cheers ! :grin2:
