Pelican Sabrelite 2000 Submersible flashlight. Takes 3C batteries. Xenon bulb. Incredibly bright even now. I tested it once in a pool and put it back in the package. Very bright and tough!

Thanks @scalpel_ninja but I think @aztrek027k was looking for an LED. This is an incan light. It's pretty bright and waterproof though.
