according to inova's website the x5 is now "electronically controlled" regulated or whatever they mean.
the question is, how do you tell if you have one of these in hand?
thanks
edit: i realized it has said this on their website for some time. it also says so on the package. going back some years. i am guessing nothing has changed. it is unregulated. they just say that it is regulated. or, er "electronically controlled". nice false advertising then.
