My TZ28 light arrived too. Unfortunately though it is faulty. Nothing lost I guess but I was pretty disappointed. It instantly kicks down to medium even when cold with a fresh 30q 18650.

I pm'd Xtar on here about it but have received no reply..

I am also trying to get hold of them for warranty service and have no luck, but I suspect it is due to a holiday in China. We need to wait until October 8.

As an update, XTAR finally replied but it is taking several days to even 1 week to get a reply to any email.... Maybe they are busy at the moment?
