Yellow Mini maglite

I just talked to maglite about new colors,and yellow was brought up,they said for that to happen they would need an order of 10,000 requesting that color.Anyone care to touch this one?I also talked to them about a pearl white color.Of course no answer to that one,I know theres alot collectors on this post and I wonder if we could get together some type of request forum to send to them.

Nah, I don't think so...
BUT, if yellow ever appeared over the counter, I would get one. And a pearl white. Splash anodising, even better, regardless of colour!

Well, I'd be in for any custom color.

And 10k lights sounds like a lot, but it might not be. If you can get the same pricing as wal-mart, you might get the lights for $6 something a light. That's only $6500 or so.
