Z Bolt shipped me a dead green $75 laser

I was looking forward to using my new $75 green laser pointer from Z Bolt.
That was not a good idea as it was shipped DOA. 2 weeks waiting, $75, and a piece of junk shipped all the way from Oregon that I have to pay to return!

Did it arrive with batteries installed? they may be dead. Also, on mine from Z bolt the batteries go in (-) negative first with the positive nipple towards the battery cap, opposite of what we are used to with flashlights.

No, it arrived, quickly in 2 weeks, and very well packaged, with a CR123 cell in the case, not installed. I changed cells, it still did not work.

if it's DOA, why in the world do you have to pay to return ship? will they refund you the shipping cost once they verify that it is dead?

Ask the seller to send you a prepaid shipping container. Does seller know that you are making a complaint against his service on CPF, if not let him know that. Seller did tell you that you have to pay shipping?
