Z50 for SureFire E-Series

The Z50 is listed and shown as a lanyard system for the E-Series lights. Does the metal ring actually go around the body at the tailcap end, like the other series of lights would be mounted or is the the intent of the Z50 to go through the hole in the the pocketclip?

I haven't seen one yet but I guess it is meant to go through the pocketclip hole.

You are right guys, the pocketclip hole is the one to mount your Z50.

Z50 looks like the same lanyard with the small split ring that is used on the SC carriers.

yep, a Z50 is just a Z45 (grey) lanyard and black split ring.
