Zebralight expansion

I just received a PM reply from George at zebralight letting me know that, in conjunction with their future T5 and T3 models to be manufactured in the US, they plan on opening repair service centres in both the US and Europe. They are the first front-running 'cutting edge tech' company with mid-ranged prices to do this that I know of and it will save lots of people (well hopefully not so many ;) ) the headache of sending their lights all the way back to china for RMA.

A big step very much in the right direction imho so well done to them :thumbsup:

This is excellent news - when I read the news of US manufacturing facilities opening soon, I was hoping this would be the case! Thanks for sharing.

I hope they open a repair center soon. I sent my SC51 in for a new switch and it was six weeks before I seen it again. There lights are great but sending to china for repairs. No thanks! Looking forward to there expansion.

Great to hear someone expanding in North America instead of Asia. I'm sure it will provide even more stellar service. I hope the expansion plans do not detract from product development, especially the 4 AA XM-L that is rumoured for 3rd quarter 2011
