1st time really used my new H600 MK2 today for night biking, but had a very strange problem ...
... it simply (automatically) got down to level 2 too early.

As I had spare cells with me, I changed, but with that one: same problem

there is no real reason and no testing so far showed that "problem", but it seems to "solve" itself quickly:
after just a few mins after the ride, while getting the bike to the basement, and no more moving cold  (-1 deg C) air was enough that the light was not cooled down anymore,
the used cells - even the 1st one, used in lower levels for some time - worked perfectly again.

Anyone noticed that?
any fix? (maybe some kind of neoprene "sleeve" for the body, or something?)

no similar things happening with the old H600 model - unfortunately it has an ugly green tint, thats why I opted for the XM-L2 now

Both of my PD32UE lights do a similar thing. When cold, the two highest modes are EXACTLY the same no matter the voltage. I'm still not sure if it's the battery or LED. After warming up the battery for awhile in my hand it still doesn't work, but maybe it takes long to warm up.

I'll have to leave my H600w out in the cold tonight and see what happens. I never noticed anything while running, but my lamp is probably staying warmer on my head.
