The usual wisdom is that 10-12 X is about the maximum magnification that you can handle if it's going to be hand held (unless it's stabilising).
25mm is a very small aperture too, and zoom binos have notoriously small exit pupils/fields of view.
Sorry if I'm pouring cold water on the idea, but I think that 10 X 50s are about the best you can do for hand held binoculars.
Of course, try them out. But hold them for a while - see if your hands get too shaky for the high magnification. I find that way too annoying.

Yeah, probly for the best. You should always test binos before buying them, even if you already know they're the ones you want.
You never know if they are parallel or not - and it's a real PITA when they point in different directions. This can happen even on really well accepted/expensive/prestigious brands and models, even if it is very occasional.
