How do the batteries go in a Dorcy Super 1 flashlight. It came with 3 AAA and they are not fitting right or is the light working. I am real confused. Thank you.

The batteries are loose and not long enough. It is like I am missing a part or something.

You drop all the battieries in in a triangle shape and put the cap and spring on and they are loose length wise and width wise. ??

they are loose both ways, what is a AAA battery carrier?

Little plastic tube, may have spring on one end or not. Batteries are inserted into the carrier then carrier put into flashlight tube. Batteries must be inserted properly (in series) and carrier itself inserted in proper direction.Flashlight2 said:

The only ones I've seen are black. Should have been in the tube when you got the flashlight.
