Busted!!

Wife caught me bidding on an A2 on ebay.......damn!!

She walked by my email and since she's an ebay pro she immediatly saw the "you are the high bidder" email in the list......

She goes "Another one?"

I said, "dear, this is the most awesome flashlight....blah, blah, blah.......regulated incandescent.........blah, blah...................3 LED's...........blah blah"

She says "To you, their ALL awesome" and walked away.

Sigh. What can I say? Next week the T4 will arrive and we'll have the same conversation......

Set one of your email filters to kick all notes with bidder into it's subject to it's own folder when it comes in -- and mail drop.

If it is any consolation to you... Sounds like a conversation that takes place in my house on a regular basis.

So you got off with a warning or is there a secret felony list in her mind somewhere that hasa limit before total ban?

Seems like what i say to my girlfriend whenever i get a new one.. But it all falls on the futile ears of an unenthusiast, until i show her those lights in darkness.

I usually have one or two lights that get sold prior to getting a new one, "But honey, I just exchanged this for that" and don't keep all the flashlights together, keep some here, some there, so she won't notice a lot in one spot.

But if she is an "Ebay pro" she too may have hobbies that you dont complain much about do you? :touche:a truce is in order.
