Added EMP blurb to FAQ

It surprises me how many emails we get about EMP resistance. So I decided to add a blurb to the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions).

Nice addition there Peter!

Hey, I was wondering if you thought about adding a little detent in the body to help retain the clip. I would (not anymore after loosing my first Arc) clip it to my shirt pocket, but now I use a binder clip attached to the keychain attachment and clip it to my belt. Hard to loose that way.
