Hi guys!

I accidentally broke my FM34 beamfilter while carrying it in my backpack.:(
The hook which holds the flippable filter onto the cover-body is broken.

I asked the surefire retailer in Korea but they say they won't fix it cuz they
don't have any spare parts of that 'hook' part. Another reason they gave me was quite funny though.
"They will wear out eventually." I don't think the beamfilter is a consumption good but a durable.

Please help me out here! Should I send it back to surefire on my own?
Or is there any way to fix it myself?

Thanks.

Many thanx Tenmmike!! :)
I'll contact surefire first then. Should I call them or e-mail them?

Try emailing them 1st. I had a clickie switch go out and the replacement process was handled by email. Much better than calling from Korea!

Definitely.. I haven't spoke English for a while so I don't think the phone call will end in a minute or so.. Phone call could cost more than another FM34. ;)

Thank you for your advice kelmo.
Thanks everyone!

Best regards
