what do you thing of this light?

Peli says it has a 1,2 watt xenon-bulb with 7,8 Lumen or 6000CP.
How is it in comparison to the mini-mag with nexstar lamp?

is has a very tight beam, very concentrated.
i have not seen a pelican magnum beam before, but i am sure it is as tight.
usless for short range.

I bought the Peli Tracker for my girlfriend and I have a Mini-Mag with the nexstar bulb and I honestly think the Tracker is brighter.
The Tracker has a much better beam quality as well.
For it's size and considering it only takes 2 AAA bateries it's powerful.

Oh, I also have the Peli Mighty Light Magnum or what ever they call it and the beam on the Tracker is more spread.
The batteries seem to last a long time as well and she's never had a bulb blow.
I just wish they made the Tracker in Black, not that I want to dress up in swat gear or anything but it kind of looks like an ice-cream van or something.
Of course there is a practical side to having a bright coloured flashlight and I can appreciate that but I think bright yellow looks kind a cheap and nasty, black tends to look a bit more serious.
