peli 7060 switch problem

My 7060 fell out of the holser yesterday took a 3 foot high drop. now the 3 way switch is a 2 way. for example if i turn it on at the side and turn it off at the tailcap i can only turn it on at the tailcap the side switch wont work. i tried calling peli today an couldnt even talk to anyone i was on hold for 45 mins before i hung up. any one experiance this and more importantly how do i fix it.

Man, I've had nothing but fantastic customer service from Pelican. Try calling again or perhaps try doing it online. Their warranty is terrific.
