Are there any High powere IR LEDs

I was wondering if there were any Hi power IR LEDs like an IR luxeon or is 5mm arrays the only choie to get alot of IR light?

Yes, several makers of tiny 1 to 5 watt packages.

Luminarc makes a very nice 1 watt package that is only 3mm by 3mm. What are you considering for them and maybe I can point you in the right direction for sourceing?
