Thanks Pablo! I thought they didn't exist, but I saw a UV flashlight that advertised it had a high powered Luxeon LED. I thought I'd look into them.

There are rumours that the R and D group at Lumileds has built some, but AFAIK, it is not a product.
It is useful to remember that the Cree versions (which are quite nice BTW) are 1 watt, and the shorter the wavelength, typically, you will end up with a higher Vf.
