Sold/Expired CR2 to CR123 adapter - anybody seen one?

I have a bunch of barely used CR2 cells salvaged from medical equipment. As you might expect, CR2 powered lights are presently in favor in my household, but I still have plenty of CR123 devices.

The ideal would be some kind of adapter one could slip a CR2 into to make it the same size as a CR123. Anyone seen one of these or ever try to make one?

Not really an adapter, however I've been able to use CR2 cells + the small spacer that comes with the UBH/UBH-II to make a workable solution in a CR123 based light.
