I think I've come across the last Gen 2 Dorcy AAA available from all the Wal-Mart's in Central NJ. AND I MODDED IT!
I replaced the LED in this BLACK (Even Harder to find) Dorcy with a 380nm UV Led. And added a Glow in the dark O ring around it so you get a really cool effect from the front of the bezel.
Specs on the LED:
Wavelength: 380-385nm
Power: 5mW
Vf: 3.2-3.4
Viewing angie: 15 degrees
Standard 5mm package
The stock converter is still being utilized and everything else remains stock other then the LED. The light is brand new and will ship in the retail blister with split ring and energizer AAA.
Package was opened for modding and light was turned on for a few minutes a piece to make sure they work properly. Unfortunately, I don't have anything but one's in my wallet right now to test for the counterfeit stripes, but the light does produce a very nice beam in the dark, and it did find those damn'd grease spots on the walls of my kitchen.
The last run of these I did was larger and everyone was happy. I'll personally guarantee your satisfaction in this sale as well.
