Where to HA3 things?

Can anybody help me locate someone (prefered Europe) who can hard anodize aluminum objects (size of a 3D - no, it is not a 3D maglite) up to level3, MIL-A-8625 appoved? Any hint on what this could cost?

Check out this link..It is for the International Anodising Association. It had numbers for places in Germany that I'm sure you could contact and see if they can refer you to anyone.
