===SOLD===

$64 shipped USPS priority to USA Address. Paypal only.

This was bought, upgraded to Seoul P4-U-W0, and put back in the package.

This mod isn't easy, from opening the Fenix to setting the emitter at the proper height with heat sinking, and trimming the reflector for perfect focus when the bezel is tight against the head. Oh, yeah, you want to perfectly center the emitter too :)

Note: The head is NOT threadlocked, so if a new emitter comes along it can be upgraded easily.

qip,

You want to modify a Cree to Seoul? I'm not sure you want to use the CE reflector, etc. It's best to modify the Luxeon to Seoul. :)

yeah i know but this dam beam is ugly when i compare it to the f1 and minimag/seoul....and im looking at the l1d & im scared to touch it fearing i will break it , it looks a little hightech and fragile ,how do i even dissamble the module without brute force is worrying......guess i will have to accept it

Re: For Sale: [Price Drop] Fenix L0D-"SSC" (Pictures)

Bump with a price drop.

After Paypal fee and shipping, I end up with a lousy $10 bill for all my hard work. :dedhorse:

Hi dansperry,

The brightness is close enough to call them equal in my opinion. For instance, if I alternate bouncing them on the ceiling, the room seems to be lit up the same.

The beam patterns are very different. My L0D-CE produces a bright yellow-tinted donut with a bluish center, and some annoying tints/rings otherwise. The only reason I keep it is for comparison purposes :)

The L0D-SSC being sold here has a very white and smooth center, with a slight purplish tinge at the transition from throw to spill.

If you want this light and the YNKA shipped together, I can waive the $5 shipping on the YNKA. :). Paypal me for both together.
