Maycooper, I'm pushing 44 myself and if I could pick an age to stay at awhile, it would be 28. Mature enough so I definitely wasn't a high school kid anymore but my body was at it's peak, physically. You'll see many athletes have their best years in their late 20s as it's a good combination of accumulated experienced learned at the age just before the body starts turning downhill.
