DealTime Extreme P4 quality?

I have bought 3 stars through DXE and most of there stuff is acceptable but not cream of the crop fit and finsh more like small defects allow them to buy and sell cheap. Out of my 3 Seoul P4's 1 was very good and the other acceptable and the 3rd I think is throwing a off center beam. What is the price of a gauranteed high quality Seoul P4 Star and do you think it would be any better than Dealtimes, like more white and bright if even only a little bit. Or do you think DealTimes P4's are as good as any even though other stuff on the site is decent knock offs. The 3 Stars I got were on Seoul Stars.

i've had good luck with seoul from DX but i got a batch of cree's that had (seemingly) gotten crushed in the mail. they both showed silicone ooze around the emitter dome and one dome shortly fell right off. they were very accomodating with an exchange though so it ended well.

DX do not know the exact bin code of their SSC P4 emitter. And their star is not factory made.
IMHO this is not SSC p4 quality issue.
