Cree drop in or DIY kit, any ideas on this one

I ran accross this and was wondering what could be done with it or what light is it fo? Looks like a driver is supplied. The specs seem to have lost some important meaning in translation. The parts look "purdy" and it could be fun to play with. What do you think?

i guess the driver is about 700-800ma.

but the driver you have to buy minimum of 10 units.
so that you have a Cree drop ins with 1050A power!

Oh, thanks, such good responses, I think I will look into that DX stuff. So many new shiny things to catch my eye since I decided to build some LED lights to complement the hot wire projects. I appreciate the responses.
