PentagonLight MOLLE light, what kind of discharge curve?

what should i expect the discharge curve for PentagonLight MOLLE light?

does it work well with NiMH 1.2V?

It seems to work better with a nimh vs. an alk,
mainly due to it not being all that well regulated.
You will notice it dimming over time.
I have not seen any actual runtime graphs though, so I am not sure if it at least stays in some sorta regulation at first or not.
The poor regulation is really my only problem with the light.

I have not compared them that close,
I know the other day with I stuck a lithium in it, it was quite a bit brighter.
Though, I am not even sure Lithiums are recommended for it.

i guess little is known about this light



There's a thread running on the MOLLE light with pics, beamshots, etc.

Early production lights had issue with the light not turning off properly and some had to be returned. Don't know if Pentagonlight has fully resolved this issue.
