About a week ago I left my Motorola V195 in my truck on a hot day and the heat ruined the battery. I went to Target, Wallyworld, Best Buy, Comp USA, and to the nearest T-mobile store (not the one where I bought my phone) and none of them had the battery. :hairpull: I was desperate so I bought one from Batteries Plus for a total of $38. Empire brand and it works fine. (a couple years ago I said I'd never to go in there again)

I e-mailed BatteryBob last night and he has them for $20.

There's more..... So, on the Motorola web site there are two batteries for this phone. One is $40 and the other is $42. What a crock!

I'm gonna buy more stuff from BatteryBob.com ...... today. Thanks for listening.

I generally resort to ebay for phone batteries--they're typically $7 or so there. But I just despise proprietary batteries including phone batteries. I've been looking all over for a phone that runs on regular NiMH AA or AAA cells.
