What bin do you have

i have a Q5 ewith the following numbers

L1DCE
L:0,12
M:0,4
H:1,1
T:1,4

L2DCE
L:0,12
M:0,4
H:1,1
T:1,4

i always thought the Q5 was supposed to give more light while using less current

If the Q5 has a higher Vf, then the driver would have to draw more current to keep the LED drive current at the right level.

makes sense but it does not make sense when you compare the p4, Q2 A4 and Q5

comparing those you see that the higher the bin, the higher the lightoutput while batterylife also increases.

since there are not a lot of Q5's out there it would be nie if somebody test this

accoording to fenixstore the L2DCE Q5 can run high for 4 hours.

to do this with a NIMH2650 battery it has to use somewhere around 1.3 amps with 2x AA(mine uses(1.1 to 1.2Amp)
i double the amount of time with 2xAA but i do not know how this works since it draws 1.2 amps with 2x AA in series.
