well I know there are two main varieties TLE-6EX and TLE-6EXB, th latter made for 2-3 cells.
But if you look at the vendor's sites there is:
BatteryJunction TLE-6EX 4-6 cell one just what other sites claim.
But is Lighthound TLE-6EX 2-6 cell one another older version?
ALSO a question for fellow member "Newbie" that has made an extreme indepth review.
My TLE-6EX has no Arctic Alumina anywhere under the Emitter.
Now what is the main thermal issue coming from? The heatsink/electronics or the Emmitter itself?
I mean if the heat generated from the heatsink/electronics is greater than the emitter's is it wise to thermally link them qith conductive paste?
And if yes what should I use? Arctic Alumina, AA Epoxy or a mix of both?
thanks...Kostas
