Can you recommend .....?

I need a recommendation please. I recently purchased a G2 and would like the tail cap to work like the one on my L4. I would prefer to keep the tail cap nitrolon as opposed to an aluminum SF replacement. I have seen on the forum several postings on how to do this yourself, but I am a bit ham fisted when it comes to this type of thing and would prefer someone who knows what they are doing to do it. Can anyone recommend someone who I could send it to for such a conversion?
