Hey Guys,

Just picked one of these up. I have a solid blue 18650 AW battery,
but it's just a tad to thick for proper fitting in the spring.

Anyone with this tube, what are you using?

Thanks!

Is the AW18650 battery that you are using mostly black
with the silver sticker?? And it goes into the spring smoothly?

Does your battery need a tab or are both ends flat?

The AW18650 I'm tried using is all blue.

Thanks!
Ray

Remember you gotta load the batteries properly.

By twisting the spring to open it up load the battery then popping the whole thing back in the tube.

Sounds like the springs on the 18650 tubes have the same diameter as the 123 and 17670 tube springs. Interesting...

Oh Ken seeing your other posts, I'm gonna start worrying about your about 17670's tube's springs.

I hope you bought spares. I know I did I had to since they were only $2, and yes I am thinking what you're thinking.
