Will Lighthound's 17670 HDS EDC battery case work with Novatac?

Will this work with the Novatac flashlights? Are the screw threads identical? Anyone tried yet??

Yes it is working well on my 120. Don't use the 123's though. There has been quite a bit of discussion on the use of these.

Yes, it works fine as long as you only use a 17670 battery. Some guys have modded their tubes (bore out) or made a custom spring to make it work with an 18650 battery. Either of those 3.7v batteries will work fine in this tube with a Novatac, but don't use two 123's of any kind in this tube with the Novatac or else it's goodbye Novatac.

Do some searching here for this tube being used with Novatac lights because it's been discussed in great length with pictures in several different threads already. I have plenty of these tubes and they work great for me, but it does have its limitations for some folks. I personally think this is a terrific setup :thumbsup:
