Opinions of Smith & Wesson FL10?

The FL10 is a rechargeable flashlight that's positioned against the Ultrastinger. This guy on Ebay is selling them for just $40 including a 2 hour 6 volt NiMH pack and a fast charger. Lemlux seems to think the light uses a 10 watt bulb, which would be comparable to the Magcharger and so forth. That would make this thing a heck of a deal. Anyone seen one or know more? How does it compare to the other favorite lights around here (at this price it can even be compared to non-rechargeables like the PT Surge)?

I have one, decent light, not as bright as a Magcharger or Ultrastinger. These were around years ago...Someone must have found a wharehouse full, as they are popping up all over the place.
