Anyone have this light - Tractor Supply Nightstick Dual Mode Task

I've been looking for a light to give to my two coworkers for Christmas. I have been looking for a right angle light on the cheap. This seems to fit the bill and also has forward firing leds. I was just wondering if anyone else has this light and can provide any "review." I searched and found another bayco "nightstick" light mentioned but that was it. If not I might pick one up to try out, if so I'll post my findings. BTW, this would be used for copier technician work most likely... unless the recipients don't like it!

Yeah, that was my thinking... They only claim 12lm so obviously it is not going to be very bright. I hate to buy it, and then if it is really horrible, return it. However, I may end up doing just that. I doubt I would find a use for it if it is terribly dim, but it is a unique design so perhaps I might.
