Newbie translation help!

So I've decided to buy the Dereelight 3SM 3-stage dropin for my Surefire 6P. However, when I want to order from their website I get a few different options and I don't quite know what to choose, since I don't know what w/OP and w/SMO means? Could someone please explain? Would also like to know what the difference between the Q5, 5A and R2 is? I'm a total noob, so bare with me.

SMO= smooth OP=orange peel also MOP and HOP med and heavy orange peel
also stipple LS MS HS light med and heavy. Smooth will throw the best with flood increasing as you move thru the orange peel to stipple

R2, Q5, Q3, are all output bins for the Cree XR-E LEDs. R2 is currently the brightest, but the 5A tint for the Q3bin means that it is a warm tinted LED which can help with color rendering.
