Just wondering if anyone has any experience with the below?

Regulated CV/CC 5-Mode LED Driver Circuit Board for Cree MC-E/SSC P7 Emitters (8.4V Max Input) - SKU 20329
http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.20329

Apart from the efficiency being a not overly impressive 85%, it looks like an ideal driver solution.

Looks like soldered by 5yo kid...

I'd be more concerned with its reliability and functionality than the aesthetics of the soldering. Hopefully this one is more reliable than the 2 variations of P7/MC-E drivers that KD has been selling. Looking at these new DX P7/MC-E drivers, I wonder how much heat they generate. The 5 mode version has an additional circuit board (for the modes). I wonder what would be a good way to heatsink these drivers?

Somehow I think DX has been quietly working on a DIY P7/MCE driver, otherwise they would've had one available months ago. KD has had 2 variations of a P7/MCE driver that has been out for months and those 2 have an overheating issue. I don't think these 2 new DX drivers are the same used in a C2 or Spear Clone because those are single 18650 configured flashlights. The detail on these 2 new drivers states "Designed to work ideally with 2 x 18650 battery configuration (8.4V max)".
