I have a 2C MagLite sitting at home (yeah, I'm at work) that has a LiteXpress LXB530 LED module from Amazon in it. It's rated at 530 lumens. The flashlight has a PVC sleeve in it and I have a pair of 18650s in there. The tail cap has had the anodizing removed from the end and a Mini-Mag tail cap spring is dropped in before the cap is screwed onto the body. It's a simple mod that produces a lot of light. I found an aluminum OP reflector that fit the MagLite head and that's in there now so the beam is really nice.
