Beacon and strobe in LF3XT

Can anyone explain me how different modes are organized in strobe an beacon modes? I can change between modes, but still don't understand logic or order in the program mode. There are any chart explaining succession into strobe and beacon programs?

Thanks derfyled. I have and use this flowchart. But thats not my question.

I think I have it. Matrishaman say in his manual:

"Strobe: 8 kinds of frequency output and a random strobe Beacon flash: Both Single flash and Double flash have 8 kinds of frequency output."

Thats what I'm looking for;

Strobe: 8+1 frequency
Beacon: 8 single + 8 double frequency.

This might help a little. I was changing my programming yesterday and wanted the slowest single flash beacon. As I was adjusting the flash frequency to the slowest it changed to a double flash. At this point I reversed course, and did a 2C which brought it back to single flash. I had apparently reached the limit for single flash setting at that point (about 1 flash every 5 sec.).
