Hi guys,
Just want to share with some fellow Wee owners who have the LED in cool white but want a neutral white as well. I got this unnamed 3000k warm LED off DX for just $2.75 and popped it into my Wee and it lit it up with a golden incan-like beam :twothumbs the only mod you have to do to the LED is to twist the -ive metal bit up next to the LED and the +ive metal bit down to the center of the copper base.
This LED is 50-60lumens and the Wee body gets hot rather quick. Since the Lummi website has an option for 50lumens LE, I assumed the runtime of the battery on this LED could be about 20mins. I should be wrong here as i have no idea how to calculate runtime :laughing: The SKU of the LED is 13612 (sorry I think im not allowed to post links here). KD has the LED for only $1.99 but my experience with KD had been letdowns so I went for the more expensive option with DX.
