So the white part, that's rubber right?
What are you using to prevent the sleeve from making contact with bare metal on the body?
What holds the driver and whatnot in? Friction?

WOW! :eek:oo: Nice work! I bet it's got a nice weight & feel to it.

My only suggestion would be to add some element to make the head easy to grip, in the event of wet/slippery conditions.
