if the D10 is off, and you do a tripple click, will it flash with the last used mode after the first click?

Yes, it will turn on from the time you first click it until the third click.

Ok, I was afraid, that the "tripple press feature" is realy only a "single + dubble press feature" seems I was right.

That's correct - effectively one press for on, then a quick double-tap to drop to low.
Don't allow this to put you off the D10 though - it works fine !
