So the new Ra (HDS) lights are undeniably pretty darned nice. Novatacs are great too. What I would like to know is this- how much interchange is possible with the parts? Will the new 2 X AA tubes for the Ra clicky or Tac fit the Novatac threads? I know the old HDS tubes fit fine. What about the bezel rings? The Ra looks to have a much larger bezel (I don't have both models in front of me right now, my Ra is about 3000 miles away), so will this work? I like the fact that the Ra has a factory option for a Ti bezel (just like the look of Ti), but there is more variety for the Novatac bezels in the aftermarket. I am trying to decide on which line to standardize on, in terms of projected longevity, accessories and options (remote switches, ability to use other batts, sheer durability). If there is interchange, I keep both and call it good. Anybody willing to throw in their two cents?
